career strategy/hack alert 👀follow founders and business owners.you're more likely to get a job/land a new client if you do.how?when they share their updates, wins, and goals they leave clues.when you read their post, you're looking for a way to insert yourself into the situation and provide services that the business owner may need.Let's break down Brianna's business update post as an example.Brianna's post left clues. By reading this I saw:- back to back meetings? 👀 maybe Brianna needs an executive assistant or operations manager to help keep all those meetings + meeting notes straight.- hitting revenue milestones? 👀 maybe she needs a sales or partnerships person to help develop strategies, do some cold outreach, develop pitch decks, etc.- building a solid IG presence? 👀 Maybe she needs a social media manager, content marketer, or creator to help ideate and execute on her brand's IG.- growing a team? 👀 Maybe she need a chief of staff or talent acquisition partner to help take growing her team off her hands. So, I can easily see 9 different possible roles that could be filled/services someone could offer Brianna.how do I know this...I've built businesses + side hustled my way through life. It's hard to do everything alone/ with a small team. If you can help create impact (i.e. drive revenue, increase leads, etc.) from day 1, then it's an easy decision to hire new talent.------♻️ I'm a Career Architect! LinkedIn Hack: Find Your Voice On LinkedinOnce you get this, LinkedIn will become your favorite place on the internet.Find your cause: You care about something in this season of your life. Find a brand, company, or person that cares about that same thing.Find a voice: There's a person of influence (thought leader, influencer, etc) who is leading the conversation on this cause. Find this person and interact with them and their community via comments and DMs. See where it takes you.Find YOUR voice: One you get comfy talking to new people. It's time to put your own thoughts out into the world about the cause you care so much about. Talk about it on your feed, in a newsletter, on a blog, on a podcast, in videos, etc. Whatever medium you feel drawn to, pursue it.Find YOUR people: Once you find your voice, you'll start to naturally attract people. This is your community. Start talking to those people. Connect with them, have coffee with them (IRL, virtual, etc), attend events with them, work on projects with them, etc. I just described how to build a personal brand and a network/community and you didn't even notice. it's easier than you thought isn't it? 👀------♻️ I'm a Career Architect!
